The first artwork I made was a paperclip that I bent into the shape of a hypercube while procrastinating in college. Procrastination was a strong motivator, and the pieces became more and more complex. Each of these sculptures is made from a single, unbroken length of wire.
The hypercube (tesseract) was a common subject in these early works because I thought it was amusing to represent a four-dimensional object in an essentially one-dimensional medium. The rings and other jewelry are pieces that I hand-carved before the era of widespread computer modelling and fabrication.

(I think he originally supported a hypercube)

(Like the other pieces on this page this is a single, unbroken wire.)

(Carved from a chunk of limestone that I found. My limitations as a portrait sculptor are obvious, but okay for a first try!)
